Our School

Located on Anishinaabe lands and in partnership between the Shingwauk Education Trust and Algoma University College, Algoma University is a special place. While our school leads the efforts in reconciliation across Canada, as students we have access to an exceptional quality of education, lead by our incredible and knowledgeable professors. As a relatively small university, we have a unique opportunity as students to engage with each other and with our professors. We are a tight knit group of students, and this is part of what makes us such a unique university. At Algoma University, we celebrate our diversity, we engage in discussion, we share our ideas, and we embrace what we have, and that is something to be proud of.
